I was very disappointed this morning when they closed where I work and I knew I had to entertain my toddler ALL DAY in the house. I was gladly mistaken. We have had a great day-we made cookies, we played sword fights, we danced and so forth...I am so glad to have had this day with her.
Hi, I found your blog through the Social Butterflies newsletter. What a sweet memory you've made with your daughter, even if she's too little to remember it. ;) I've found that the unexpected time is often the most blessed time with my kids.
